Six practical eBooks that give you a calm, clear system for the six fights every US parent has — meltdowns, yelling, screens, picky eating, sibling chaos, and building real confidence.
Sound Familiar?
You're not failing. You just don't have a plan yet. Here's what this library replaces.
Screaming in the cereal aisle. Meltdowns that last 45 minutes. You feel like everyone is judging you.
You started the day patient. By dinner you're raising your voice again — and hating yourself for it.
"Five more minutes" turns into an hour. The iPad battles are eating your evenings and your relationship.
Chicken nuggets, plain pasta, goldfish. You cook a real meal and it sits there untouched.
The fighting starts before breakfast and ends at bedtime. You're a full-time referee.
They give up fast. They say "I can't" before they try. You want them to feel capable — but how?
The Library
Each book is a complete guide to one of the fights above. Together, they cover the entire elementary years — and they all build on each other.
Tantrums, meltdowns, and big emotions
The CALM Method. Age-by-age scripts. The exact first 90 seconds. How to ride out the storm without losing your mind.
Positive discipline that actually works
Stop yelling without losing your authority. Replace threats and bribes with connection, clarity, and consistent calm consequences.
Screen time, tablets, phones, social media
A research-backed, family-tested plan for screen time that actually sticks — without nightly negotiations or hiding the iPad.
End picky eating, bring back mealtime joy
The Division of Responsibility method — proven in feeding clinics — adapted for home. No bribes. No short-order cooking. Real variety in 4–6 weeks.
Stop the fighting. Build lifelong friendship.
Stop being the referee. Set up the house for peace. Use the One-on-One Time trick that cuts fighting in half within two weeks.
Self-esteem, resilience, emotional strength
Build the kind of confidence that survives a bad grade, a lost game, and a friend who turned on them — without empty praise or bubble wrap.
This is for you if…
Not for a hypothetical perfect family. For yours.

What format are the books?
PDF eBooks. Download them, read on any device, or print them out. No special app required.
I only have one kid. Is this still useful?
Absolutely. Five of the six books are useful even with a single child. Only Book 5 (Sibling Bonds) is for multi-kid homes — and the rest of the library will be your constant companion through ages 3–12.
My child is "only" 4. Is it too early?
Not at all. Books 1, 2, and 6 are designed for the early years. You'll re-read different books at different ages.
Is this based on real parenting research?
Yes. The strategies come from child psychology, feeding therapy (the Satter method), screen-time research, and attachment-based parenting. No fads. No "hacks."
How long are the books?
Each book is about 25–30 pages. Read one in an evening. Implement one tool per week.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. Any updates or new editions to these six books are included free.
